What is the payment policy?

A minimum deposit must be made to reserve your spot.

Full payment is due 90 days prior to start of workshop, otherwise risk forfeiture of 100% of your deposit and making your space available to another individual.


What is the cancellation policy?

We understand things happen, so in those situations, the following applies:

  • All cancellations are subject to a minimum of $100 service charge.

  • If you need to cancel, you may also transfer your spot to another person and work that out privately.

  • However, if you cancel and your spot is NOT filled, the following schedule applies:

    • Cancel 90 days or more before start of workshop - Full refund (-$100 service fee)

    • Cancel 60 days or more before start of workshop - 50% refund

    • Cancel less than 60 days before start of workshop - No refund


 

Can I Rollover my cancelled spot to a future workshop?

At this time, We do not offer any rollover options.


What should I bring to the workshop?

A welcome e-mail kit will be sent out prior to the start of the workshop outlining all gear and items we recommend you bring.


Do I have to lodge at the chosen accommodations?

No, but you are responsible for any other accommodations and those would not be included in the workshop price (applicable to workshops that include lodging).


 

What does the itinerary look like for my workshop?

After signing up, you will receive a link with a more in depth itinerary with locations, gear and expected weather to help ensure you have everything needed for your upcoming workshop.


Is there a way to meet other students that are attending the workshop prior to?

Yes, We create a group chat for all students to get to know one another ahead of time and ask any questions. This will also help us communicate efficiently during the workshop as a group.


What about severe weather?

Safety is always our top concern. We can’t control the weather (yet). Until then, we may revise the itinerary to accommodate the forecasted weather and do what we can to work around the conditions.


 How long are the hikes for the Oregon Coast MasterClass?

The hikes are easy to moderate and range from 5-15 minutes each way with some short bursts of elevation drops and gains.  No hikes are over a mile.  Terrain can be slick and slippery so bring quality hiking boots.
